Many in our Church community choose to financially give in line with the teachings of the Bible. It is this faithful, free-will giving that enables the funding of our church vision and activities.

Giving via Direct Deposit is a quick and easy way to give directly via your bank account. You can make a deposit into our bank account via Internet Banking or by visiting a branch of your bank or credit union.

At our Sunday Gatherings you will find Giving Envelopes with information on how to give in our YES!HUB and at the Giving Station at the auditorium entrance. Giving Envelopes or cash can be placed in the Giving Box at the Giving Station located at the auditorium entrance.

Is it safe to give online?
Yes. In many ways giving online is safer than writing a cheque or giving cash because an electronic gift cannot be lost or stolen. -
What types of credit cards can I give from?
You can give online from MasterCard or Visa. -
Can I use a debit card?
You can use a debit card from Visa or MasterCard, but true debit cards are not accepted due to the sensitivity of securely requesting a Personal Identification Number (PIN). -
Are there any fees involved with giving online?
Not to you. You will not pay any fees with an online giving. In addition, online giving is a more cost efficient way for the church to administer. -
If I want to set-up a recurring giving payments, what are my options?
For recurring giving payments, you can setup a recurring weekly, fortnight or monthly payment from your credit card with us or from your bank account with your bank. -
How do I set up automatic recurring giving from my credit card?
You simply call us on 9331 6944 or email us office@keilorcitychurch.com.au. Alternatively, complete a giving envelope at a Sunday Gathering, write ‘please contact me’ and place in the Giving Box at the auditorium doors. We will then contact you to arrange. -
Can I change my personal information or the amount or the frequency of my giving once I have set it up?
Yes. You can change or cancel your contribution at any time before the date of your next payment. Simply call 9331 6944 or email office@keilorcitychurch.com.au -
When will giving payments be taken from my account?
Contributions will be taken from your specified bank account within 48 business hours of the date you requested. This time frame allows time for the contribution to process through your bank and the church’s bank. If the date of your contribution falls on a weekend or a holiday, the transaction will be initiated on the next banking day.
